Description

A smoothie is a great way to get your daily serving of fruit. Strawberry and Banana is a great combination of fiber and antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup yogurt, fat free
  • 4 ounce apple juice
  • 1 banana
  • .25 cup strawberries

Preparation

1. In a blender, combine yogurt, banana and strawberries with apple juice.
2. Blend until smooth
