1. Separate each pita bread round into two circles by inserting a butter knife between the layers from the outer edge and then carefully cutting around the circumference. Use one circle for the bunny’s face and cut the other into halves for the ears.
2. In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese with coloring of your choice until smooth.
3. Arrange the cut pita on the plate. Spread with colored cream cheese. With a butter knife, gently swirl a bit of raspberry jam into the cream cheese to create a nose. Add two dollops of jam for eyes and pretzel sticks for whiskers. Repeat with remaining pita bread, cream cheese, jam and pretzels.
