Ingredients
- 3 3/10 cups puffed rice
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup almond butter
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 1/3 cup corn flakes
- 1 cup cherries, dried
Preparation
1. Lightly coat a 9 × 13-inch baking pan with canola oil.
2. In a large saucepan, heat almond butter with honey over low heat until bubbles form.
3. Quickly stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. When cool enough to handle, press into baking pan. Cool completely.
5. Cut into 40 bars.
