- What was your very first cooking experience?
- Began cooking at the age of 7 and have not stopped since.
- Do you ever make mistakes cooking?
- Sure, I recall one time taking a bucket down from a top shelf and it was full of yogurt. Eweeh, it is hard to get out of my hair!!
- Who taught you how to cook?
- I have had so many great teachers, family, top chefs around the world like Madeline Kamman, Marcella and Victor Hazan, Giancinto Albarello to name a few.
- Why do you like to plan and make meals?
- It gives me satisfaction to mix ingredients that I think work well together and see my customers enjoy them.
- What advice do you have for kids to learn to cook?
- Get involved and cook whenever you can. At neighbors, home and at schools.
- Why do you like zisboombah?
- It is great. you can create meals and get immediate feedback on the values.
- What is your favorite food?
- Ice cream and fresh fruit.

- A long time. Over 30 years

- Plan for the menu, order the food and everything that it takes to get the restaurant open.

- Well, I take into consideration who I am cooking for and what they like.

- I like cooking for kids.
