What is your name?

What was your very first cooking experience?
Chef Paul Gill was born in Vancouver, B.C., Canada into a very traditional Indian family. He started in the family restaurant business at age 11 and started cooking at 14. He learned to use Indian spices with Continential Cuisine. Now he is the one teaching others how to cook Indian food in his month cooking class held in his restaurant, Bombay Bistro.
Do you ever make mistakes cooking?
Burning my hands.
Who taught you how to cook?
My mom.
Why do you like to plan and make meals?
To make people smile.
What advice do you have for kids 10 to 14 to learn to cook?
Stay in school, don't do drugs. Practice, practice, practice
Why do you like zisboombah?
Trying help kids eat healthy.
What is your favorite food?
Chicken Masala.
How long have you been a chef?
10 years, I was inspired by family members who owned their own restaurants
Where do you work now?
I am the owner of Bombay Bistro in Boulder Colorado.
What does your day consist of?
Hectic, being a chef and restaurant owner is stressful.
If you have kids, do they like to eat your food?
My daughter loves when I make her fruit salad.
